About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You work on client projects at large companies and public-sector clients, embedded in their teams, with full responsibility for your area.
Fullstack development in enterprise and regulated environments
Help shape the architecture, not just implement it
Generate, review and refactor code using Claude Code, Copilot or Cursor
Perform code reviews and provide technical mentoring within the team
Coordinate with Product Owners, UX and DevOps

Requirements

What you’ll need

Senior level
Java (17+) and Spring Boot (alternatively strong in .NET, Kotlin or Python)
REST APIs, relational databases (PostgreSQL, MariaDB, Oracle, etc.)
Docker and Kubernetes
CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), Git, agile working
Frontend (one for sure, both is a plus): React / Next.js or Angular, each with TypeScript
Cloud: AWS or Azure
Advantageous (not required): Apache Kafka / asynchronous communication, microservices, Domain-Driven Design, JPA/Hibernate
Monitoring (Grafana, Prometheus), object storage (S3), testing (JUnit, Jest, Playwright, Cypress)
Accessibility (BITV 2.0 / WCAG AA), DevSecOps / Security by Design (public sector)
AI tools are mandatory, not optional (Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor)
