About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You develop and implement features and extensions in AL for our industry solution based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
You analyze customer and market requirements and translate them into sustainable, maintainable software solutions.
You design and implement the integration of third‑party solutions and external systems with our platform.
You write clean, testable code, use unit and integration tests, and work with CI/CD pipelines to ensure high software quality.
If you wish, you can increasingly contribute to our agile ways of working — e.g., in dailies, sprint planning or retrospectives — and support the team methodologically.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Senior developer mindset: You are an experienced developer with the drive to take responsibility and to inspire others with your expertise.
IT background: You have vocational training or a degree in IT and bring experience in the ERP domain.
MS Dynamics pro: You are familiar with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly NAV/Navision) and development in AL.
Quality focus: Clean code, testing and CI/CD are not buzzwords for you but practiced principles.
Language skills: You communicate confidently in English and German.
