Field Engineer

• Responsible for field engineering support of all Precision Inc. products within the assigned territory and/or products including but not limited to technical product performance issues (SAR’s), product applications and gathering of technical data to quote and produce PPI-Global products.
• Respond to customer needs within the assigned territory and/or product range.
• The assigned territory will require a focus on Industrial and Heavy Mining Conveyor products.
• Providing technical support services over the phone for the Sales Ops organization, especially while working in the home office when not traveling.
• On site services include surveys, technical product information, conveyor design training, conveyor component training, problem solving, root cause analysis, and applications engineering.
• Establish good communications and a working rapport with Product Engineering and the Territory Sales team to ensure a high level of customer service is delivered.
• Demonstrate proficiency with the use of computer software including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Video Conferencing (Zoom and Teams) and email.
• Be responsible for labor reporting when Precision Inc. will charge for field services, to include details of work performed, time required for completion and cost charged to the customer for said work.
• Be responsible for adherence to all safety rules and guidelines as specified by Precision Inc and any facility being visited.

Field Application Engineer

• Provide Field Service technical support activities including installation, repair, preventative maintenance, and software upgrades
• Ensure the highest level of field service to customers as the industry leader in intraoperative ultrasound systems
• Install and set up intraoperative ultrasound equipment at customer locations
• Operate systems and software to analyze malfunctions
• Perform recommended preventive maintenance and calibration according to manufacturer specifications
• Consult with customers to advise on equipment maintenance best practices
• Maintain service call workspace and meet all KPIs for the month

Field Service Engineer II

• Troubleshoot or install complex, customized packaging and processing equipment at customer facilities
• Repair equipment to customer specifications quickly and efficiently
• Conduct training for customers on the safe operations of equipment, maintenance, and parts ordering
• Provide contact information for service team for future service needs and parts needs
• Ensure customers are comfortable with operational and safety procedures of their equipment
• Complete service documentation of repairs made during the call and submit related trip expenses
• Ensure reports are complete, accurate, and submitted within 24 hours of job completion
• Complete weekly expense reports and time sheets in an accurate and timely manner
• Handle all expenses in a cost-effective manner
• Work with flexible schedule accommodating internal and external customers' needs
• Commit to overnight travel as required and work outside normal business hours, including weekends

Traveling Field Service Technician

• Learn POS systems through our comprehensive training program
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues remotely and on-site

Field Service Technician

• Cover an assigned geographical service area utilizing a company vehicle
• Communicate with customers to understand and diagnose problems
• Make necessary repairs and modifications to truck mounted equipment
• Accurately estimate time and material required for repairs
• Problem solving under little or no supervision
• Inform and communicate suggestions and errors for continuous improvement of trucks

• Provide on-site and remote support for Circuit Check test systems
• Perform on-site and remote maintenance for in-circuit and functional test systems
• Serve as the primary customer-facing technician during service visits, demonstrating professionalism, tact, and strong communication skills
• Troubleshoot system faults, diagnose issues, and implement corrective actions
• Provide guidance to customers on system operation, maintenance, and best practices
• Support customers through remote diagnostics and fault recognition when not traveling
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve escalated issues and document solutions
• Work with Product Managers and Engineers to inform future improvements to CCI products from documented field results
• Assist the aftermarket group by preparing parts quotes, revision updates, and service recommendations
• Provide customer training on system use, maintenance, and data collection tools
• Travel to Circuit Check facilities for hands-on training or to assist with complex issue resolution

• Perform on-site installations, repairs, maintenance, qualifications, and validations of Chromatography and Mass Spectrometric systems
• Proficiently use customer management software to complete service calls, handle parts inventories, and complete job tasks
• Evaluate examination and assessment results to identify the origin of the issue, and suggest fixing, substitution, or alternative remedial measures
• Coordinate problem resolution with engineering, customer service, and other personnel to expedite repairs
• Analyze Chemistry reports of technical problems to recommend modifications to eliminate future issues
• Provide a communication link between the customer and the company to ensure effective service
• Develop and conduct training on safe operations of the equipment and demonstrate skills to trainees

Engineer III, Field Service – LCMS

• Install, set-up, maintain, inspect, calibrate, and troubleshoot fuel handling/outage critical crane equipment at customer sites worldwide
• Review operational procedures, maintenance procedures, and drawings in detail
• Provide support to engineering and training by performing activities such as equipment modifications, equipment setup and testing, mock-up preparation, process testing, and equipment and process qualifications
• Accurately document equipment performance issues during field implementation, and ensure corrective actions are complete prior to next scheduled use
• Participate in training programs to acquire and maintain certifications as well as keep current with technology and procedures
• Perform all assigned tasks under general supervision, with a high degree of quality, and within the parameters of qualified procedures and guidelines
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and document all quality related issues
• Practice a “Safety First” attitude as an integral part of all activities
• Demonstrate good housekeeping practices in work areas

Field Service Technician I

• As a Fuel Handling Equipment Field Service Technician, Level 2 you will help support our FHE Outage and Maintenance Services team.
• You will provide support for nuclear fuel handling equipment or outage critical cranes.
• You will conduct the field service support at remote operating nuclear power plants and at local service center operations.
• You will use high technology service equipment in a manner reflecting Westinghouse's commitment to the highest levels of safety and quality.
• You will report to the Fuel Handling Equipment Outage and Maintenance Supervisor.
• Install, set-up, and maintain fuel handling/outage critical crane equipment at customer sites worldwide.
• Review operational procedures, maintenance procedures, and drawings in detail.

• Drive to client sites as scheduled while adhering to appointment schedules and promptly communicating any delays to the Service Coordinator
• Install and set up new computer hardware, software and peripherals
• Troubleshoot and resolve onsite issues related to workstations and printers
• Collaborate with VC3 technical staff as onsite support for connectivity issues including ISPs, wireless networks, DHCP, DNS, and remote access technologies including VPN, RDS and Citrix
• Educate and guide VC3 clients on technical standards and best practices
• Identify recurring issues and initiate problem tickets for them
• Make recommendations to the VC3 team for improvements of supported hardware and software
• Maintain accurate and real time timesheets, record complete and accurate notes of troubleshooting and communication with clients
• Participate in the on-call rotation (1 week every 3-4 months)

• Responsible for the installation and maintenance of ATMs and Air/Vac equipment.
• Install, convert, repair and remove ATMs, Air/Vac, and other equipment and Cash Depot products.
• Perform cash replenishment and coin removal, as scheduled and requested.
• Partner with the territory dispatcher to execute dispatch request as scheduled and requested.
• Complete tasks as assigned by supervisor or applicable Cash Depot staff members.
• Communicate inventory and support requests in order to complete scheduled tasks in an accurate and timely manner.
• Perform administrative paperwork in a complete, accurate and timely manner.
