Senior Assistant Vice President

• Lead risk analytics strategy at the highest levels of the organization.
• Drive organizational change through effective risk analytics management.
• Represent the organization in external risk analytics forums.
• Mentor senior leaders in risk analytics management.

• Provide high-level administrative support to Executive Team, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Handle incoming emails and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and appropriate prioritization.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries.
• Track and reconcile expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings to optimize time management across time zones.

• Execute outbound outreach via phone and email targeting healthcare decision-makers (hospital administrators, clinic managers, payers, etc.)
• Research and build targeted prospect lists using relevant prospecting tools
• Draft and send personalized outreach sequences, follow-up emails, and cold call scripts
• Book virtual and in-person meetings directly with clinics and hospitals on behalf of the organization.
• Maintain and update CRM records accurately
• Track outreach metrics such as open rates, reply rates, and meetings booked
• Assist in preparing sales decks, proposals, and outreach collateral
• Monitor email inboxes, respond to initial inquiries, and route warm leads appropriately.

Virtual Assistant – Sales Outreach

• Provides dedicated administrative and organisational support to 3 to 5 Senior leaders
• Acts as the face of the leader in the case of face-to-face meetings
• Provides complex diary management support
• Supports incoming communication, correspondence on behalf of the Executives
• Builds and maintains strong working relationships internally and with clients
• Assists with coordination of Townhalls and offsite events
• Arranges complex, multi-sector travel itineraries and accommodation
• Handles complex expense processes ensuring compliance with internal policies
• Keeps Executives compliance records updated
• Works within the Executive Function in a cohesive manner

• Accountable for the functionality and operational integrity of AI and Virtual Assistant solutions / products
• Define and own the vision, roadmap and success metrics
• Responsible for identifying and implementing internal and external standard methodology in this space
• Analyze problems and develop robust solutions
• Integrate Automation and AI solutions with other O&A global solutions
• Identify innovations and efficiencies in line with policy requirements - Enhance solutions to meet future requirements and Technology / PC&C requirements
• Balance innovation with compliance, risk and employee trust
• Lead the team to translating requirements into product / technical requirements and AI used cases
• Work closely with the technical / development teams to bring the requirements to life
• Provide innovative solutions to compliance requirements
