Business Development Rep

• Build and own senior relationships with traditional exchanges (e.g., SGX, HKEX, JPX, ASX) and major digital asset exchanges across APAC.
• Identify, negotiate, and execute new partnership and listing agreements with exchange counterparts.
• Act as the primary point of contact and escalation lead for exchange relationships, managing both commercial terms and operational integration.
• Track exchange product roadmaps, new listing venues, and market structure changes across the region to identify partnership opportunities early.
• Provide market intelligence and deal flow insight to senior leadership, including assessment of new exchange venues, regulatory developments, and competitive positioning.
• Support pricing, timing, and venue-selection decisions for transactions spanning both traditional and digital asset markets.
• Work closely with Legal and Compliance to ensure all partnerships and transactions meet regulatory requirements across multiple APAC jurisdictions.
• Partner with APAC sales team members and contribute to building out the exchange partnerships function as it scales.
• Represent the firm at industry conferences, exchange events, and regulatory roundtables across the region.

Head of Business Development

• We are seeking a commercially driven professional to lead and expand our relationships across traditional stock exchanges and digital asset (crypto) exchanges throughout Asia Pacific.
• This is a hybrid mandate that sits at the intersection of capital markets and exchange business development: part of the role is building and managing relationships with exchanges, clearing houses, market makers, and regulators; the other part is structuring and executing on new index listings, liquidity arrangements, and new trading venue partnerships — across both TradFi and digital asset rails.
• The successful candidate will be a senior dealmaker and relationship manager who is equally credible discussing an ETP IPO with an exchange's listings team as they are negotiating a token listing or liquidity partnership with a crypto exchange.
• You will represent the firm externally with exchange leadership, originate new partnership opportunities, and work closely with the commercial sales team, legal, compliance, and product teams to bring deals to execution.

Head of Exchange Business Development

• Initiate, develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to win new business.
• Assist in developing and implement plans to maximise new business opportunities by developing sales campaigns to consistently achieve your revenue targets.
• Complete Account Management activities as and when required including, but not limited to, develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identify opportunities to upsell and upgrade, and support the renewal cycle.
• Work with your colleagues in the company to ensure highest standards of delivery and regularly identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling to increase company revenue.
• Demonstate in-depth market and sector knowledge of clients and competitors that is shared within the company to enhance client experience and product development.
• Deliver effective communications, which can be adjusted depending on the product and audience.
• Update the CRM to ensure the CRM accurately reflects your sales activity through the buying stage to move Leads and Opportunities to Closed Won or Closed Lost status.
• Ensure your clients have signed contract and orders are processed in accordance with GDPR regulations.
• Attend client meetings and communicate new product developments, obtaining client feedback.
• Develop strong cross-organisational relationships with key stakeholders (editorial, content, marketing, finance, product, team leaders etc.)
• Act as a mentor to junior members the team and division, help to support their training, and ensure they are embedded within the team and business.
• Network with clients, attend industry events to build strategic relationships to enhance brand and opportunities for new business.

Business Development Manager

• Develop new suppliers of rPET and also new customers domestically.

Business Development Manager – rPET

• Acquire and activate VIP-tier clients, prop trading firms, hedge funds, market makers, HNW retail desks, and convert them into sustained spot volume contributors
• Own a regional volume target and track performance against spot market share metrics vs competitors
• Identify and work with internal teams to design incentive structures or campaign responses
• Build localised go-to-market strategies that adapt global Binance products to regional market structure, client behaviour, and regulatory context
• Develop and maintain relationships with regional trading communities, OTC desks, VIP aggregators, and local crypto networks
• Co-ordinate with internal teams on regional trading competitions, fee promos, and volume campaigns tied to measurable outcomes
• Capture and structure client feedback on margin, sub-accounts, lending terms, and OTC workflow into actionable product proposals
• Work with product and engineering stakeholders to validate institutional feature gaps and contribute to prioritisation discussions
• Run small-scale pilots with anchor clients to test product iterations before broader rollout
• Maintain your own competitive intelligence cadence, track competitor moves, fee changes, and campaign activity across named exchanges
• Identify growth opportunities from market signals and initiate sprint-sized experiments (2–4 weeks) to test them
• Able to produce clean, standalone briefs, CP alerts, product proposals, client summaries

Business Development Manager – VIP / Institutional Growth

• Identify, approach and sign new Introducing Brokers, affiliates and partners across the assigned territory.
• Onboard partners and equip them with the tools, materials and commercial terms to perform.
• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of IB relationships, increasing the trading volume they generate.
• Act as the main commercial contact for partners, resolving issues and identifying growth opportunities.
• Track partner performance and report on pipeline, activations and volume.
• Operate within the Group's regulatory and compliance framework for the relevant jurisdictions.
