Accounting Manager

• Lead the cost accounting function through month-end and year-end close processes.
• Manage the development, maintenance, and accuracy of standard costs for materials, labor, and overhead.
• Monitor and analyze manufacturing variances (PPV, labor productivity, absorption, overhead spending) and partner with operational teams to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Ensure accurate valuation of raw materials, work-in-progress, finished goods, and inventory in transit.
• Partner with FP&A to support forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning activities.
• Develop reports and financial reporting packages to support plant and executive leadership.

• Support business case development for capital investments and make-vs-buy decisions.

Manager, Cost Accounting

Accounting Supervisor

• Own all aspects of accounting operations — monthly close, reconciliations, and monthly financial reporting across multiple portfolio companies.
• Manage the general ledger, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with GAAP and ASC 606.
• Oversee revenue recognition, contract setup, and billing integrations (Stripe and similar platforms).
• Operate at the corporate holding company level with the ability to get into the weeds with individual portfolio company general ledger systems and processes.
• Design and deploy AI agents for A/R, A/P, and General Ledger reconciliations — eliminating manual touchpoints and compressing close timelines.
• Evaluate and implement automation tools that improve close speed, accuracy, and financial visibility.
• Support tax compliance activities as needed.
• Support annual audits and the annual budget process as needed.
• Backfill portfolio-company accounting positions as needed, providing hands-on coverage where the business requires it.

Director of Accounting, AI Operations

• Manage all aspects of monthly, quarterly and annual close process to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations and supporting schedules
• Oversee the accounts payable, accounts receivable, sales tax and payroll processing functions, stepping in to assist where needed
• Complete day-to-day treasury functions
• Partner with Revenue Operations and Customer Success to implement processes for accurate invoicing
• Assist with preparation of data reconciliation between CRM (Salesforce) and billing system (Maxio)

• Perform deal and contract reviews to ensure adherence with revenue recognition principles
