Sales Representative

• Own warm inbound leads end-to-end - from first call to close - using Meadow's consultative playbook.
• Guide families through cremation options with clarity and care, helping them make a confident decision in a single conversation when possible.
• Run a disciplined follow-up rhythm across phone, text, and email so no family falls through the cracks.
• Hit revenue targets while holding strong close rates and quality scores.
• Move fluently across our stack - HubSpot, Aircall, GSuite, Slack, and our case management system.

Inbound Sales Representative

• Act as the primary point of contact for high-intent prospects and inbound leads
• Think critically and proactively to understand customer pain points
• Coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure accurate product knowledge
• Meticulously document all pipeline stages, sales interactions, and deal progress in Pipedrive
• Provide clear, actionable market feedback to the product and marketing teams

Sales Executive

• Full-cycle sales: from first outreach to signed contract
• Building and managing a pipeline of qualified opportunities across multiple industries
• Running discovery calls and product demos that surface real business pain
• Negotiating commercial terms and driving deals to close
• Forecasting accurately and managing your pipeline in our CRM
• Collaborating with SDRs, Marketing, and Customer Success to grow our customer base

• Manage inbound and outbound warm calls (approx. 200+ weekly).
• Handle calls lasting 6–15 minutes to close new customers, explain LawnStarter’s services, and upsell recurring plans.
• Meet and exceed sales metrics and quality standards.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication skills with U.S. customers.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and uphold data protection policies.

Sales Rep

• Handle inbound calls and proactively make outbound calls to schedule new customers and resolve scheduling needs, with a minimum expectation of 70 calls per day.
• Quickly respond to and manage inbound customer leads through calls, texts, and other channels, prioritizing live-call speed and fast follow-up to maximize conversion.
• Manage day-to-day tasks and accurately document lead details, call outcomes, and follow-up needs in our CRM tool, Marathon (training provided).
• Leverage your sales skills to understand each customer's needs and confidently communicate Barkbus' value.
• Build rapport with pet parents by personalizing each interaction and understanding their dog’s needs and grooming preferences.
• Take full ownership of closing bookings on the call, ensuring clear next steps and confirmed appointments.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments for our team of professional groomers, including handling rescheduling and special requests with care, while collaborating with operations and dispatch to maximize efficiency and route optimization.
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve operations, systems, and overall customer experience.
• Maintain performance targets including a minimum of 7 bookings per day and $1,500 in daily revenue generated.
• Be highly responsive and consistently available during assigned shifts, delivering a reliable customer experience with rapid response times and disciplined follow-up execution.

Inbound Sales Representative – Full-Cycle

• Conduct 100 outbound calls per day
• Work provided leads while also prospecting and generating new leads independently
• Manage the entire sales cycle :
• Prospecting and qualifying accounts
• Product presentation and pricing discussions
• Negotiation and objection handling
• Closing sales and taking orders end-to-end
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail decision-makers
• Accurately document activities, opportunities, and orders in the CRM
• Meet or exceed daily call targets, sales goals, and revenue KPIs
• Stay knowledgeable about product offerings, promotions, and pricing
• Collaborate with internal teams as needed to ensure smooth order fulfillment
