About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Call warm leads, including parents who have engaged with our ads or inquiries
- Conduct consultative sales conversations
- Present and recommend suitable tutoring or online course packages
- Manage the full sales pipeline
- Maintain accurate lead records in CRM
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Build rapport with parents and represent the company's mission with professionalism
- Participate in coaching and performance development sessions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in sales or outbound telemarketing
- At least 2 years of outbound telemarketing or sales experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong phone presence and active listening skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly with parents and prospective customers
- Target-driven mindset
- Strong time management and follow-up discipline
- Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team
- Flexible, coachable, and willing to learn
