About the role
- Report to the Senior Director of Sales Operations and support Sales leaders in the Americas business
- Partner with Sales leaders to build and execute strategies to achieve overall business objectives and Annual Operating Plan
- Lead and coordinate Americas sales GTM planning, including territory planning, quota setting, and headcount management, aligned with global initiatives
- Drive operational cadence, forecasting, pipeline management, and business insights programs
- Deliver data-driven insights to Sales Leadership; identify and implement improvements in sales processes and procedures to drive sales productivity
- Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and lead global programs for the Americas
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant Sales Operations experience
- Strong understanding and experience in GTM strategies, annual fiscal planning, data analysis/modelling and reporting
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, both independently and in a fast-paced environment and deliver high quality results
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
- Expertise with Microsoft Office/Google suite applications, Tableau and Salesforce
- Experience in the High-growth B2B Software/SaaS industry (preferably CyberSecurity) (preferred)
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills and proven ability to influence stakeholders (preferred)
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree (preferred)
