About the role
- Resilience integrates cybersecurity, cyber insurance, and cyber risk management
- Seek North America Claims Operations Leader to drive operational excellence in cyber claims
- Lead day-to-day cyber claims operations across the U.S. and Canada
- Manage 24/7 claims reporting hotline and incident intake/escalation
- Oversee panel of incident response service providers and vendor performance
- Partner with claims leadership, underwriting, actuarial, and risk engineering for claims insights
- Build out and optimize claims system, ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy
- Identify and implement technology solutions and Looker dashboards to track claims trends
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and adjuster licensing across U.S. and Canada
- Maintain audit and control processes, manage capacity relationships and bordereaux
- Manage internal operational inquiries and develop procedural documentation and marketing materials for claims team
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in cyber insurance claims
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and/or direct reports
- Strong understanding of insurance regulatory requirements in the U.S. and Canada, including adjuster licensing
- Demonstrated success in building or optimizing claims systems, workflows, or technology solutions
- Strong analytical skills with experience using reporting and dashboard tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, PowerBI)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
