About the role
- Lead a user experience focused team owning onboarding, early engagement, rewards and account benefits
- Collaborate closely with Lead Product Designer and design team to create differentiated customer experience
- Problem solve with engineers to build solutions and make trade-offs
- Ensure products are beautiful, valuable, viable, usable and feasible
- Coordinate with Current Account platform and operational teams
- Build relationships with Operations, Compliance, Brand, Legal and Finance
- Work closely with Current Account Product Lead on product strategy for customer acquisition
Requirements
- 5+ years working in customer facing product
- Experience in Fintech preferred
- Evidence of successful products built or significant metric improvements
- Strong use of quantitative and qualitative customer insights
- Outcomes focused, proactive ownership
- Experience acting as a leader in cross-functional teams
- Ability to collaborate with engineers and designers
