- Audit performance, make data-driven decisions, and document lessons learned for continuous improvement
- Gain deep understanding of products and provide operational guidance to partner teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years of leadership experience in Fulfillment, Distribution, or Warehouse operations
- Advanced functional knowledge of supply chain management (fulfillment, procurement, transportation, and warehousing)
- Proven experience managing teams, influencing stakeholders, and driving strategic initiatives
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to manage complex problems, mitigate risks, and make strategic trade-offs
- Experience coaching and developing team members and fostering a culture of inclusion and collaboration
- Willingness to work scheduled night/weekend shifts and overtime as needed
