About the role
- Prevent, analyze and develop guidelines for suspicious and fraudulent transactions
- Assist with compliance, internal controls, crisis management and security of personal information and property
- Lead development projects and strategic initiatives that are complex and innovative
- Make recommendations on planning and execution of operationally and conceptually complex projects and initiatives
- Coordinate frequently with stakeholders across many fields and represent unit before decision-making bodies
- Serve as specialist advisor, subject matter expert, resource person and coach for decision-making bodies
- Advise clients and partners to position, plan, develop, execute and monitor strategic projects and initiatives
- Develop and update policies, standards, models and programs to support unit strategic projects and initiatives
- Identify, analyze and diagnose major issues and make recommendations
- Represent Desjardins's position when making agreements with external partners and organizations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of six years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
