About the role
- Prevent, analyze and develop guidelines for suspicious and fraudulent transactions
- Assist with compliance, internal controls, crisis management and security of personal information and property
- Lead and influence development projects and complex strategic initiatives
- Develop and recommend strategic directions and business positions
- Make recommendations on planning and execution of operationally complex projects
- Coordinate and frequently interact with stakeholders across fields
- Serve as expert advisor, subject matter expert, resource person and coach for senior management
- Advise clients and partners on strategic projects and initiatives
- Develop and update policies, standards, models and programs
- Identify, analyze, diagnose and address major issues and make recommendations
- Represent unit before senior management committees and negotiate on behalf of Desjardins
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of eight years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
- Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
