About the role
- Design albums for Design Service customers in the Artifact Uprising editor
- Curate customer images Communicate with Account Manager, Program Manager, and customers in a timely manner
- Communicate any bugs or improvements needed in proper Slack channels
- Phone calls with Design Service customers upon request
- Daily direct email correspondence with Design Service customers
- Effectively and efficiently manage multiple projects and delivery drafts on time
- Availability between 20-35 hours a week (hours are not guaranteed and are dependent on volume and may be lower than 20/week)
- Seasonal contract position starting October 2025 and may end as early as January 2026
Requirements
- Excellent communication, decision-making, leadership, and organizational skills
- A strong eye for composition such as framing and balancing the design
- Strong ability to problem-solve in fast paced environment
- Excellent time-management and organization
- Proficiency in Asana, Slack, and Adobe tools is a plus
- Great interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with others directly, efficiently, and empathetically both verbally and written
- Excellent attention to detail and proven ability to do so in past work
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude
