About the role
- Run point on ZoomInfo’s social presence across LinkedIn, Reddit, and YouTube: planning, writing, publishing, and optimizing content
- Own the daily rhythm of publishing and performance and lead social listening and rapid response
- Amplify the voices of internal experts, execs, influencers, employees, and customers through creative content, reposts, and collaborations
- Partner with the demand team on paid social strategy and execution, aligning targeting, creative, and messaging
- Lead social listening and monitoring in a shared support model, providing near-round-the-clock coverage with partners
- Flag and manage potential crisis or rogue moments quickly, working with brand and comms to respond
- Stay tapped into platform trends, creator culture, and competitive moves; bring fresh ideas weekly
- Track performance and extract insights across channels, audiences, and content types; build reporting that drives decisions
- Contribute to broader brand and campaign strategy with a social-first lens
- Approach all work with an AI-first mindset, experimenting with tools to improve speed, quality, and scale.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in social media, ideally in a high-growth B2B environment
- Strong instincts for what works on LinkedIn, Reddit, and YouTube
- Experience managing both organic and paid social campaigns, with clear performance goals and tight feedback loops
- A deep understanding of creator culture and the mechanics of influence
- Excellent writing skills and brand judgment
- Experience with social monitoring and escalation processes, including community management and crisis response
- Comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-moving, feedback-heavy environment
- AI-native mindset: constantly asking how AI can improve drafting copy, analyzing results, and spotting trends faster than competitors.
