About the role
- Lead product design initiatives from concept to execution with PMs and engineers
- Pioneer AI-driven experiences and set design innovation standards
- Bring strong visual and interaction design sensibility
- Identify UX opportunities and advocate for solutions
- Prototype using Figma and AI-first tools like Lovable, V0, Cursor
- Champion systems thinking and AI as strategic advantage
- Drive design reviews and mentor other designers
- Influence product and UX strategy with a get-it-done mindset
Requirements
- Portfolio submission required
- 3–5 years of experience designing user-facing products, ideally with some experience in fast-paced B2C or SaaS environments
- Advanced skills in Figma
- Experience working with or contributing to design systems in cross-functional teams
- Self-starter who takes initiative
- Ability to influence teams and processes
- Direct communication style and high urgency
- Customer obsessed, deeply understanding customer problems
- Willing to relocate to New York or Paris (nice to have)
- Familiarity with AI-based design/prototyping tools like Lovable, V0, Cursor (nice to have)
