About the role
- Independently own and deliver end-to-end design solutions for key features and product areas
- Lead the design process from research through implementation, ensuring high-quality execution
- Create sophisticated data visualizations that transform complex business intelligence into actionable insights
- Partner with product managers to define requirements and success metrics
- Apply and extend our design system to ensure consistency while exploring AI-enhanced interfaces
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
- Support peers by offering feedback and sharing design practices to help elevate team work
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and marketing teams
- Advocate for user-centered design practices across the organization
- Provide meaningful input on product strategy and roadmap
- Help establish best practices and design patterns
- Balance user needs with business requirements and technical constraints
- Champion AI-enhanced design solutions that drive user productivity
- Work on ZoomInfo’s B2B intelligence platform and solutions (SalesOS, MarketingOS, TalentOS)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5-7 years of professional UX/UI design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design ownership
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Proficiency with AI design tools such as Cline, V0, Claude
- Experience conducting user research and translating insights into design decisions
- Proven ability to work independently and lead design efforts
- Forward-thinking mindset toward AI applications in design
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience designing for B2B SaaS or data-driven products (preferred)
- Expertise in data visualization principles and techniques (preferred)
- Experience designing and implementing design systems (preferred)
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application to user experience (preferred)
- Ability to prototype interactions using tools like Principle, Framer, or code (preferred)
- Working knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) (preferred)
- Experience mentoring junior designers (preferred)
