About the role
- Own the design vision, strategy, and execution for our product ecosystem.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business Stakeholders to define product requirements.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Lead user research, usability testing, and data-driven design improvements.
- Establish and maintain a consistent design system and component library.
- Mentor junior designers and ensure design best practices across teams.
- Stay updated with the latest SaaS, fintech, and compliance design trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Design, HCI, or a related field.
- 6+ years of proven experience in SaaS/Enterprise Product Design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design for complex B2B products.
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
- Experience conducting user research and applying insights into design.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and usability principles.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
