• Contribute to the production and oversight of a wide range of 3D visualization and virtual experience projects.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and support a team of approximately 40 3D artists across multiple disciplines, teams, and production streams.
• Foster a collaborative, positive, and high-performing team culture focused on creativity, accountability, and continuous growth.
• Partner closely with the Creative Director to drive scalable quality improvements across deliverables and production standards.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve workflows, optimize production pipelines, and help ensure tools remain innovative and efficient.
• Organize and facilitate team meetings, production reviews, and collaborative working sessions.
• Work cross-functionally with project managers, creative leadership, and production teams to align on deliverables, timelines, client expectations, and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot technical and production challenges throughout the visualization pipeline.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, quality, consistency, and overall production performance.
• Assist with the development and maintenance of asset libraries, templates, documentation, and quality standards.
• Explore and evaluate emerging AI tools and technologies that can enhance production workflows, quality, scalability, and team efficiency.
• Stay current on industry trends, rendering techniques, visualization technologies, and real-time production innovations.
• Support ongoing team development and contribute to performance management processes.

3D ArchViz Supervisor

Business Development Rep

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow TrustBuilder revenue across regional and national home builders
• Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, industry events, referrals, and builder relationships
• Build and maintain strong relationships with builder executives, division presidents, sales leaders, marketing teams, and customer experience stakeholders
• Identify builder pain points related to customer satisfaction, online reputation, buyer experience, customer retention, and sales process feedback
• Position the TrustBuilder suite as a strategic CX and reputation management solution that helps builders strengthen consumer trust and improve the homeowner journey
• Conduct product presentations, demos, and consultative sales conversations
• Partner cross-functionally with internal marketing, product, and customer success teams to support client growth and retention
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and sales activity within CRM systems
• Consistently meet or exceed pipeline generation and revenue targets
• Represent the company at builder conferences, industry events, and networking functions
• Stay informed on builder trends, competitive landscape, online review strategies, and customer experience technology within the homebuilding industry

Director of Business Development

• Generate new business selling Zonda’s Services and mobile platform to homebuilders, residential & commercial retail developers, financial institutions, real estate investment banking firms, cities and redevelopment agencies throughout the territory
• Develop and execute on a sales plan for the territory
• Record and maintain all meeting & pipeline information in Salesforce.com
• Qualify leads and drive the full sales cycle from introductory calls to closing deals
• Schedule and perform in person and web demonstrations
• Embrace new technology, and strong proficiency with multiple technology platforms (PC, mobile devices, online apps, etc.)
• Travel within your territory & industry conventions to close prospects

Director of Business Development, Builder

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of DBDs who sell digital marketing services and software to builders
• Create and implement a scalable sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand builder adoption of our Listings Platform and digital solutions offerings
• Own revenue forecasting, team performance, and KPI tracking through Salesforce, Gong and other platforms
• Collaborate with regional VP, Sales, Product, Marketing, SDR Director and Client Success to ensure go-to-market alignment and smooth execution
• Build strong, executive-level relationships with major builder clients, understanding their goals and providing tailored marketing solutions
• Stay on top of market trends in digital marketing, proptech, and new home sales to influence future product and sales strategies
• Represent Zonda at key industry events and builder conferences to grow visibility and drive leads

VP, Business Development

Research Analyst

• Conduct phone surveys/interviews during business hours to obtain housing data in a region to be determined
• Establish & maintain relationships with builders’ sales agents using various forms of communication
• Perform internet research to collect current data on new home communities, as needed
• Ensure timely and accurate updates of assigned community records
• Maintain a reliable schedule and proper communication with the research manager
