About the role
- Design, develop, and refine talent management programs, including performance management, succession planning, leadership development, employee engagement surveys, and career pathing structures
- Act as an internal consultant to HRBPs and senior leadership, providing guidance on best practices, organizational design, and change management
- Manage key metrics (KPIs) related to talent, analyze data to identify trends and gaps
- Standardize talent processes and governance frameworks across the organization to ensure efficiency, consistency, compliance, and scalability
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team and HRBPs to drive workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies
- Provide external perspective and benchmarking to bring forward best practices and innovative solutions in talent strategy and organizational effectiveness
- Leverage HR technologies and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline workflows and improve overall efficiency of talent processes
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in HR, talent management, organizational effectiveness/development, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Ability to learn the business and align business objectives and talent priorities
- Proven success in translating vision into actionable strategies and anticipating future workforce demands
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and use it to drive data-driven decisions
- Experience with change management frameworks and tools
