About the role
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of manufactured home and vehicle titles.
- Monitor and manage the title inbox, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Work with state and county agencies to clarify processes and resolve discrepancies.
- Identify and resolve title errors quickly and accurately.
- Partner with retailers to ensure titles are properly completed and transferred to borrowers.
- Process titles for repossessed vehicles and homes.
- Meet SLA requirements for investor-placed titles.
- Maintain compliance, resolve discrepancies, and support borrowers and investors.
- Support other titling tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations and collaborate with internal teams.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in manufactured home or vehicle titling.
- Strong knowledge of state and county title requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Experience managing a title pipeline alongside daily operational tasks.
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication.
- Willingness to learn new systems and tools as required.
- Located in or near Tempe, AZ (position is in-office full-time).
- Preferred: Prior experience with titling processes and documentation.
- Preferred: Familiarity with Word, Excel, Salesforce, and Outlook.
- Preferred: Notary certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain).
