Define the scope of professional services engagements, including implementation, integration, and advisory work.
Work directly with customers to understand business needs and translate them into a clear statement of work (SOW) and service proposal.
Lead the creation and negotiation of contracts and SOWs for all professional services, working with legal and finance to finalize terms, pricing, and deliverables.
Partner with sales and pre-sales teams throughout the sales cycle to identify, qualify, and close services opportunities.
Serve as subject matter expert on professional services, articulating the value of implementation methodology and advisory offerings.
Provide strategic advisory services, offering best practices, market analysis, and optimization strategies to customers.
Identify new opportunities and help refine services offerings to contribute to professional services business growth.
Requirements
Proven experience in scoping, selling, and contracting professional services within the SaaS industry or direct experience implementing Zip.
Experience with writing and negotiating Statements of Work (SOWs) and services contracts.
Strong understanding of typical SaaS implementation lifecycles and methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with both sales teams and clients.
