Lead and execute strategic projects that drive business outcomes across multiple functions, helping Zip scale operations effectively
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the business to implement strategic initiatives and ensure alignment on key business objectives
Design new business processes “zero-to-one” and optimize existing processes and systems for “one-to-ten” improvements in operational efficiency and scalability
Analyze operational data, identify trends and pain points, and provide actionable insights to improve business performance
Work directly with senior leadership to creatively identify and capture the business’ biggest opportunities
Drive change management initiatives, helping teams adapt to new tools, systems, and processes
Requirements
4-year undergraduate degree from a top school (preferably in a quantitative field such as Business, Economics, Engineering, or related)
1-3 years of experience in strategic roles such as management consulting, business operations, private equity, investment banking, or in a fast-growing startup
Ability to take ownership of projects and drive them independently, with a focus on results
Strong ability to analyze business data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights
Excel and PowerPoint proficiency is a must
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and execute with attention to detail
Ability to think critically and strategically to solve complex problems and optimize business operations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and influence stakeholders across different teams
