About the role

  • Initiation, planning, development, administration, risk management, implementation, control, and closure of large-sized projects across multiple business units
  • Utilize PMI Standards for project delivery to achieve scope, schedule and cost objectives while managing risks
  • Determine project resources, staffing, costs, performance measurements, timeline, and deliverables; perform cost/benefit analysis; ensure feasibility
  • Manage contracts, RFPs, evaluations, negotiations, and financials; ensure on-schedule delivery per contract
  • Develop and execute communication and stakeholder management plans; report status, risks, and progress
  • Ensure training needs are met; transition deliverables to operational teams; support organizational change management; mentor others

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in project management handling medium to large sized, complex projects
  • PMP certification required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems of a moderate nature and implement an effective solution
  • Ability to organize medium to large project plans and effectively document accordingly
  • Demonstrated effective leadership and team skills
  • Knowledge of PMI Standards and project management methodologies
