About the role
- Manage multiple client engagement teams at an executive level as a billable consultant
- Work with senior client personnel to analyze and implement data management and data governance systems
- Assist DataCatalyst senior management with business development, marketing, and sales activities
- Provide guidance and share knowledge with team members, handling complex and specialized issues
- Create plans and strategies to accomplish engagement objectives and address engagement risks
- Maintain relationships with client management to manage expectations of service, timing, and deliverables
- Apply thorough understanding of complex data information systems to client situations
- Leverage extensive knowledge of clients' business/industry to identify technological developments and impacts
- Demonstrate project management skills, inspire teamwork, and use technology/tools to enhance deliverables
- Understand DataCatalyst service lines and assess firm capabilities to serve clients
Requirements
- Develop and maintain a project management capability ensuring accountability and high-quality client service
- Superior project management and cross-functional team leadership skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Experience partnering and working directly with senior leaders
- Ability to build collaborative relationships internally and with clients
- Ability to track and monitor on-time/budget large-scale, complex software implementations
- Demonstrated ability to apply project management standards and establish impactful practices/tools
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and project tools (Microsoft Project, Visio, Kanban boards, time tracking, collaboration tools)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification helpful
- Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, human resources, or related field required
- Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience in a client service environment required
- Experience within a global accounting/consulting firm desirable
- Experience in Data and Master Data Management (MDM) implementations desirable
