Generate new opportunities and penetrate markets through lead follow-up, prospecting, and cold outreach
Respond to incoming customer requests, addressing order status and resolving issues efficiently
Lead internal problem-solving related to order scheduling, expediting, and logistics
Participate in management meetings and contribute to team decision-making
Prepare detailed monthly and annual performance reports
Deliver accurate sales forecasts both monthly and yearly
Foster long-term relationships with account contacts
Collaborate with sales, production and R&D teams to support projects
Coordinate quality control and production discussions for regular meetings
Review orders for accuracy and completeness prior to processing
Supervise, motivate, and develop assigned personnel
Communicate directly with production teams regarding new projects and current operational challenges
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or a related field
An advanced degree (MBA) is preferred
8+ years of experience in sales or business development, with demonstrated success working with catheter technologies, components, and customer requirement in the medical device sector
Proven ability to manage customer relationships and drive sales in the medical device industry
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
Ability to successfully work in a team environment and independently
Problem Solving and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable with computers and working knowledge in Windows, Outlook, PowerPoint, and CRM software
Willingness to travel (25%-50%) for new business development, client visits, and industry events.
