About the role

  • Develop and execute the overall channel partnership strategy, including recruitment, enablement, and retention of partners.
  • Identify new channel opportunities to expand market presence across key regions and industries.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align channel strategy with corporate objectives.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with resellers, distributors, system integrators, and technology partners.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for top-tier channel partners, ensuring alignment on goals, KPIs, and joint business plans.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance, identify opportunities, and resolve challenges.
  • Oversee the design and management of the partner program, including onboarding, training and incentives.
  • Partner with Marketing to develop co-branded campaigns, partner toolkits, and demand-generation initiatives.
  • Ensure operational excellence in channel processes, including deal registration, pipeline management, and reporting.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to drive joint initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and leadership to any channel managers or partner account managers on the team.
  • Represent the company at partner and industry events, conferences, and forums.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in channel partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling channel programs that drive measurable revenue growth.
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS partner ecosystems.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing operationally.
  • Strong presentation and listening skills, particularly for in-person meetings with multiple stakeholders.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and a focus on outcomes.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interest and proficiency in technology.
