Platform Engineer

• Manage multiple customer initiatives while leading platform configuration and technical support efforts for enterprise services organization
• Work with customers to prioritize and document challenges, articulate product solutions that will fit specific requirements, and communicate expectations back to customers
• Improve processes and workflows; participate in improving the services we provide to our platform customers, including but not limited to configuration, product and managed services improvements for the ZeroFOX platform
• Draw upon system architecture and its interrelated components to differentiate between common vs. critical system issues. Escalate to higher tiers of support accordingly
• Communicate system requests / issues / improvements / enhancements, translating them to our cross-functional team(s), if necessary, and following through with our customers
• Think creatively about ways to solve customer problems and increase the level of customer engagement over time
• Manage ZeroFOX platform configurations
• Act as an escalation point for our team and customers
• Optimize configuration and support processes and ensure support quality
• Enable efficiency and customer insight via systems, automation and best practices
• Collaborate with management and cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Professional Services teams

Revenue Operations

• Lead and mentor the sales operations team, promoting a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with corporate objectives and drive sustainable growth
• Utilize data analytics and market research to derive actionable insights that enhance sales performance and overall customer satisfaction
• Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure efficient operations and maximum productivity
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless integration of sales initiatives across the organization
• Design and optimize sales processes, ensuring effective training and support for the sales team on new tools and technologies
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and drive accountability across the sales organization
• Own and improve efficiency within Salesforce.com
• Execute on the Sales Compensation strategy and issues which arise
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients to support sales initiatives and enhance customer engagement
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging best practices in sales operations to inform strategic planning
• Represent the sales operations function in senior leadership meetings, providing insights and recommendations for organizational success

• We steadfastly safeguard organizations from fraud, abuse, misinformation, and attack by preemptively exposing, disrupting, and eliminating external threats across the public attack surface.
• This is a full SLED territory, state and local government, K-12, and higher education with a mix of established accounts and real white space to develop.
• The motion is 50/50: half protecting and expanding existing ZeroFox ARR, half generating net new pipeline across accounts that are underpenetrated or haven't been approached.

• Identify, onboard, and enable channel partners through sales training, business plan reviews, and alignment with sales representatives.
• Create and maintain territory plans and track pipeline development.
• Monitor and report partner performance against KPIs and communicate results to leadership.
• Manage deal registrations and coordinate sales efforts between partners and ZeroFox teams.
• Oversee Market Development Funds (MDF) to drive effective partner marketing campaigns.
• Develop and implement channel incentives and SPIF programs.
• Manage and advance the sales pipeline, forecast sales, and prioritize opportunities.
• Build and maintain strategic partner relationships and develop new partner recruitment strategies.

Channel Account Manager

Performance Marketing

• Lead the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of integrated marketing programs spanning awareness, engagement, pipeline creation, opportunity acceleration, and customer expansion.
• Serve as the primary driver of marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline opportunities and bookings.
• Drive new logo acquisition through campaigns and programs such as email marketing, ABM, in-person events, virtual events, partner co-marketing campaigns, and customer expansion campaigns.
• Partner with Sales to optimize lead generation, pipeline velocity, and conversion rates across target segments and regions.
• Evaluate and report on campaign performance and reallocate investments to maximize campaign ROI and revenue impact.
• Develop and lead the ABM strategy, partnering closely with Sales to identify and engage high-value target accounts.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales leadership to create personalized messaging, content, and campaigns for key accounts and buying committees.
• Measure account progression, engagement, opportunity creation, and revenue contribution across ABM initiatives.
• Develop customer lifecycle marketing programs that drive engagement, adoption, retention, advocacy, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities.
• Partner with Customer Success and Account Management teams to support expansion pipeline and revenue goals.
• Create customer-focused campaigns that strengthen relationships and increase customer lifetime value.
• Support channel, alliance, technology, and strategic partnerships through joint go-to-market campaigns, co-branded programs, events, and pipeline-generating activities.
• Oversee the global event strategy, including industry conferences, customer events, webinars, roadshows, and partner events.
• Ensure event investments contribute directly to pipeline creation, opportunity acceleration, and revenue growth.
• Build integrated pre-event, onsite, and post-event campaigns that maximize engagement and conversion.
• Identify and leverage AI technologies to improve audience targeting, campaign personalization, content creation, and conversion optimization.
• Partner with Marketing Operations and Digital teams to integrate AI capabilities into campaign planning, execution, reporting, and optimization.
• Build a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement through testing and AI-enabled insights.
• Partner with Marketing Operations to optimize lead flow management and campaign execution.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to ensure campaigns and product launches are differentiated, compelling, and aligned with corporate positioning.
• Work closely with Digital and Web teams to optimize landing page performance, conversion rates, and user journeys across campaigns.
• Establish strong partnerships with Sales leadership to ensure alignment around pipeline targets, account priorities, and revenue outcomes.
