About the role

  • Provide technical expertise, support, and guidance to customers
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions
  • Drive revenue growth by providing technical expertise and support throughout the sales process
  • Collaborate with the sales team and engage with prospective customers
  • Conduct product demonstrations and deliver presentations
  • Prepare technical proposals, solution designs, and product specifications
  • Conduct proof-of-concept (POC) activities
  • Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to provide feedback
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience (Network/Security/Pre Sales Engineering)
  • Proven experience as Customer Engineer or in a pre-sales / technical sales role, in the information security industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites and industry events as needed
