About the role

  • Provide technical expertise, support, and guidance to customers
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and troubleshooting complex technical issues
  • Implement effective solutions and drive revenue growth through technical support in the sales process
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team and engage with prospective customers to understand needs and present solutions
  • Conduct product demonstrations, deliver presentations, and run proof-of-concept (POC) activities
  • Prepare technical proposals, solution designs, and product specifications
  • Collaborate with product development and engineering to provide feedback and stay updated on product releases
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience (Network/Security/Pre Sales Engineering) - must
  • Proven experience as Customer Engineer or in a pre-sales / technical sales role in the information security industry
  • Strong technical background and technical acumen
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites and industry events as needed
