Account Executive

• Draft issues/crisis documents, e.g., scenario plans, issue analyses, intelligence reports.
• Develop key messages in keeping with clients’ objectives and craft stakeholder communications based on messaging.
• Work with senior team members to navigate high-risk issues and provide recommendations, as well as support execution of media and stakeholder engagement.
• Research, interview, write, and edit media materials, fact sheets, messaging and stakeholder communication, and other materials as needed.
• Conduct due diligence tasks, identify and analyze publicly available data, and synthesize findings from the agency’s suite of tools and integrate analysis into strategic client deliverables.
• Support in client-facing strategic counsel with senior crisis leaders, including managing interaction, presenting select elements of findings, presentation development, etc.
• Collaborate across teams at all levels, and with specialty experts on cross-practice client deliverables.
• Be well-versed in the current political and social landscape to anticipate larger cultural issues that may be relevant to your clients.
• Practice effective project management while working with other team members and understand the “big picture” of the client program.

• Collaborate within the team and provide counsel and recommendations to clients

ABOUT THE ROLE: Zeno Group is seeking an experienced Account Executive to support clients with employee engagement communications and internal communications channels.
In this role, you will have responsibility for a variety of activities, including project management, program development, distributing communications via various channels, data analysis, and continuing to build Zeno’s growing Employee Engagement communications offering
Candidates applying for this role should be skilled at client service, communications technology platforms, be detail-oriented, and have a strong understanding of and aptitude for employee engagement communications approaches. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Team Enablement & Process Management: Support internal teams with managing deliverables, resources and capacity; serve as the point-of-contact for client processes and guidelines.
Help to establish and carry forth systems and processes to communicate with and retrain team members.
Apply or create tools, templates and methodologies that contribute to the clients’ internal communications effectiveness.
Client & Business Alignment: Work collaboratively with account leadership to understand clients' business priorities and align account resources as appropriate.
Partner with critical internal client stakeholders for ongoing solutioning and best-in-class service.
Engage with clients and serve as a lead for key events, resources and processes.
Channel Strategy & Execution: Participate in routine training to apply new capabilities for ongoing publishing acumen.
Conduct channel analysis and ongoing audience research for continuous improvement.
Partner with internal workstreams and clients about how to best leverage internal channels to communicate with key audiences.
Support writing assignments, where necessary.
Provide distribution support during After Hours occasions as part of a rotating coverage schedule.
Analytics, Insights & Optimization: Support team in applying analytics and insights into content strategies.
Provide engagement insights and recommendations for optimizations to inform communications strategy and the editorial calendar.

• We are looking for a Vice President, Influencer to join our growing Digital Health and Wellness team. This role will sit in a fast-paced, high-energy setting within our ZDX team, focused on several Health + Wellness clients across our portfolio.
• The ideal candidate will help drive accounts via influencer engagement and lead teams of professionals to successfully conceptualize and execute influencer/creator marketing programs.
• Other responsibilities include building and managing client relationships, presenting concepts, and developing strategies, budget management, research and contract negotiations, as well as delivering clear POVs on digital trends.
• While this role sits among our Digital and Creator experts, it will require work across integrated teams including health + wellness, paid amplification and analytics.
• This role will also be responsible for staffing, resourcing and overall H&W digital team leadership.

Vice President, Creator Health & Wellness

• Provide copywriting, image sourcing, and creative support for social channel content (Facebook posts, X posts, LinkedIn posts, Instagram posts, etc.)
• Assist in developing regular, comprehensive reports capturing social media performance metrics for clients on a regular basis.
• Assist in fan/follower acquisition and engagement strategies on client-owned platforms: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other platforms as needed by client.
• Establish and build online relationships with key influencers (i.e. blogger relations.) through proactive online strategies and execution.
• Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure synergy and collaboration to maximize online and offline integration and results.
• Maintain social processes, quality control standards, briefing, copywriting, reporting, etc.
• Support online awareness and reputation, engagement and response strategies, standards implementation, content development and monitoring and reporting.
• 1-3 years of experience in social brand management and content creation.
• Ability to drive results and to consistently meet deadlines.
