About the role
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze customer needs, preferences, and feedback to inform product development and enhancements.
- Prepare detailed market analysis reports and presentations for the product management team.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess product performance.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights to the product management team.
- Prepare regular reports on product performance, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
- Collect and analyze data from various sources, including customer feedback, sales data, and usage metrics.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to track product performance and trends.
- Present findings and recommendations to the product management team and other stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of product roadmaps, specifications, and user stories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to support product development and delivery.
- Participate in user testing and gather insights to improve product usability and customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to improve product management processes and methodologies.
- Implement best practices and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of product management activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and product management best practices.
- Communicate product insights, analysis, and recommendations to the product management team and other stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in using data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with product management software and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) is a plus
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Preferred certifications: Salesforce Business Analyst
