Responsible for creating, managing, and supporting process improvement to optimize efficiency and overall performance across the sales organization.
Deliver research, critical insights, data and systems analysis, and tools on a regular basis.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of relevant professional experience, with a proven track record in a strategic or analytical role. CPG industry knowledge and experience preferred.
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Power BI, MS Access/SQL Server databases, MS Office Suite, Web Browsers, and has familiarity with Salesforce and Artificial Intelligence.
Demonstrates high level of analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to execute and manage complex quantitative analysis.
Outstanding interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and leadership skills.
Ability to prioritize and simultaneously manage several projects/initiatives (small and large in scope) and potentially oversee a program.
Strong ability to collaborate with and lead cross-functional teams.

Effectively communicates internally as well as externally to clients/customers, especially across non-direct reporting lines.
