Manage the overall pipeline of sites in the telecom pipeline
Track risks to client timelines, revenue delivery and address and escalate risks
Review pipeline metrics, identify key findings and actions in collaboration with other responsible team members and representatives from other teams, present results in relevant weekly meetings
Help to identify and strategize objectives, analyze and present OKRs for this area of the global business
Manage team-level resourcing, including training and staffing, with support
Direct management of Telecom Lead Analyst (regional manager in APAC)
Assist in meeting client needs by ensuring high quality analysis, monitoring quality metrics and taking appropriate actions, collaborating with flight and analysis teams
Requirements
3+ years experience in operations or equivalent field (eg. complex project management), including shown ability to own and action metric results and improvements
2-3 years of experience leading a team, including task assignment and performance management (preferred)
1-3 years of experience working within the telecom field
Strong communication skills, able to communicate clearly with team members, upward management, and customers
Proven ability to drive results based on metric performance, relying on data to propose and implement operational improvements in complex operational systems
Strong independent work skills, including ability to prioritize among competing requests and knowledge of when to problem solve independently or escalate
Able to work remotely and coordinate effectively with a fully remote workforce
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Interested in technology and the drone space; any type of drone experience or knowledge of UAV operations and regulations is a plus!
