About the role

  • We’re looking for a sharp, entrepreneurial Content and Program Lead to help scale Founders Forum across Asia. Role works across content curation, speaker engagement, and mid-tier partnerships, and supports Tech Nation’s international expansion programmes.
  • Content & Community:

  • - Draft formats, talk titles, and event briefs
  • - Support VIP speaker outreach and manage mid-tier confirmations/logistics
  • - Maintain and engage founder and speaker community between events
  • - Send and manage community communications for events
  • - Manage data operations of our member network (Salesforce, Swoogo, Attendium)
  • Partnerships:
  • - Shape partnership tiering and value propositions and liaise with global FF team to localise sponsor commitments
  • Cross-functional:
  • - Act as connective tissue between programming, partnerships, and event ops; collaborate with contractor ops leads; keep track of timelines, shared docs, CRM inputs, and comms
  • Tech Nation Programme:
  • - Lead and deliver Tech Nation’s Singapore-UK market expansion programme, including events, educational sessions, curated 1:1 introductions and strategic reporting
  • - Build and manage relationships with participating startups and partners; support recruitment of startups, advisors, mentors, and partners
  • - Leverage tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and PitchBook to identify and curate high-impact engagements
  • - Opportunity to travel with and host delegations to the UK

Requirements

  • - Are confident managing external vendors, speakers, and stakeholders independently
  • - Thrive in ambiguity and love being part of something growing fast
  • - Have experience working in both the Singapore and UK ecosystems
  • - Have the right to work in Singapore
