• Project support: You will independently take responsibility for work packages within ongoing PPP projects and work closely with the project management team and on-site facility managers.
• Concept development and proposal preparation: You will actively contribute to the development of operational and technical revitalization concepts for existing properties and assist in preparing proposals for new projects.
• Communication and stakeholder management: You will maintain regular communication with clients, authorities and project stakeholders and assist with client and user inquiries.
• Quality and performance controlling: You will keep track of complex contract frameworks and support the implementation of contractually agreed services, monitor budgets and assist with cost and revenue control.
• Risk and conflict management: You will identify risks early, develop targeted preventive measures and thereby secure project success. You will address conflicts in a structured, solution-oriented manner to achieve sustainable results for all parties.
• Reporting: You will assist in creating and maintaining project-related reports and analyses.
• Project implementation: You will support the implementation of new projects and sites and ensure a smooth handover to operations.
