About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support in conducting risk analyses of our construction sites
- Review of financial metrics and project forecasts to assess opportunities and risks
- Participation in measures to minimize risks and support project teams on individual matters
- Review and analysis of contract documents and derivation of recommended actions
- Review of tender documents for completeness and economic viability
- Documentation of pricing decisions within project and bid meetings
- Support in further developing the Risk Management staff unit and its processes
- Responsibility for the development and maintenance of reporting tools to present project progress
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed degree in business administration or a related field
- Initial practical experience in controlling and/or working with ERP systems
- Affinity for project-based work, strong organizational skills and a structured way of working
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team
- Willingness to travel occasionally for project and site visits
