About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Introduction and further development of Lean Construction methods and tools across all construction project phases

Requirements
What you’ll need- A successfully completed degree in a construction-related field
- Initial professional experience in site management or in roles related to construction projects
- First experience with Lean Construction and a basic understanding of construction workflows
- Proficiency with digital Lean tools and scheduling/planning software
- Confident demeanor with strong communication skills, teamwork, and customer orientation
- Willingness to travel domestically on a day-trip basis
