About the role

As a BIM & Mapping Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting our security systems infrastructure by ensuring accurate and standards-compliant documentation and integration.
This role is essential in maintaining the quality, accuracy, and usability of security record drawings, CAD content, and LenelS2 map integrations.
You are a resourceful, knowledgeable, and self-motivated security professional who thrives in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Other duties as assigned, including supporting basic design tasks, developing basic security floor layouts, and preparing system drawings.
Technical Support & Collaboration: Deliver frontline (Tier 1) technical support, primarily focused on map integration and record document archiving.
Support record document review for unintegrated projects and assist in reconciling issues found with appropriate parties.
Work collaboratively with the BIM Lead on projects from design to closeout.

2+ years of AutoCAD and/or Revit experience in a professional environment required
Associate degree, Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit for Electrical Design, or relevant work experience
Electronic security experience with vendor-specific knowledge (Lenel, Software House CCure 9000, DMP, Milestone, etc.) is a plus
Familiarity with LenelS2 OnGuard access control/mapping is highly desirable
Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software
Proficiency in Bluebeam is preferred
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and work quality
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
