About the role
- Develop product-driven acquisition strategy to solve problems for prospective users
- Define multi-quarter roadmap for organic discovery and growth balancing experimentation and durable long-term bets
- Build scalable, templated product-led pages and flows that convert high-intent discovery traffic into signups
- Shape Zapier’s GEO strategy to ensure Zapier is authoritative in generative AI search and assistants
- Run experiments that drive signups and have meaningful impact on product usage and revenue
- Expand Zapier’s offsite discovery footprint where prospects make automation decisions
- Work closely with designers, engineers, and content creators to deliver a high-quality customer experience
- Align the team and stakeholders around common goals and create a collaborative environment
- Regularly report on team results and establish a culture of learning and forward progress
- Connect with customers and prospects weekly to develop strong empathy for problems to solve
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in growth, ideally in SaaS with emphasis on user acquisition
- Strategic product leadership and ability to set long-term vision
- Experience setting roadmaps and executing with engineering and design
- Deep understanding of SEO & GEO and curiosity for generative search
- Proven experience scaling acquisition programs and building durable growth loops
- Analytical skills and strong product sense with user empathy
- Cross-functional leadership experience with engineers, designers, content creators, analysts
- Strong written communication skills
- Customer-centric focus; connects users with right solutions
- Must be located in the Americas (North, Central, and South America only)
- Must be authorized to work in the country of residence; Zapier does not sponsor visas or transfers
