About the role
- Conduct strategic outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn)
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities to build a strong sales pipeline
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls to increase the volume of qualified leads
- Guide prospects throughout the sales cycle, converting them into active users of Yuma AI’s solution
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to refine messaging, understand ideal customer profiles, and improve conversion rates
- Become an expert on Yuma AI’s product and the evolving landscape of AI for customer service
Requirements
- Being eligible for a VIE contract
- Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or a similar role
- Fluent in English (native level)
- Experience in SaaS or B2B sales is a plus
- Excellent prospecting skills and ability to engage senior decision-makers
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
- Initiative-driven, results-oriented, resilient, and motivated to contribute to a small, ambitious, high-growth team
- Analytical and data-driven approach to sales
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Bonus: bilingual or with experience living in an English-speaking country
