About the role

  • Conduct strategic outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn)
  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities to build a strong sales pipeline
  • Schedule and conduct discovery calls to increase the volume of qualified leads
  • Guide prospects throughout the sales cycle, converting them into active users of Yuma AI’s solution
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to refine messaging, understand ideal customer profiles, and improve conversion rates
  • Become an expert on Yuma AI’s product and the evolving landscape of AI for customer service

Requirements

  • Being eligible for a VIE contract
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or a similar role
  • Fluent in English (native level)
  • Experience in SaaS or B2B sales is a plus
  • Excellent prospecting skills and ability to engage senior decision-makers
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
  • Initiative-driven, results-oriented, resilient, and motivated to contribute to a small, ambitious, high-growth team
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to sales
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Bonus: bilingual or with experience living in an English-speaking country
