Account Manager

• Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring clients are satisfied with our products and services and building long-term relationships.
• Drive revenue growth by increasing clients' usage of the platform and identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new clients and provide ongoing training and support to ensure successful implementation of AI solutions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product, growth, and customer success; provide customer feedback to product.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and inform strategy.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline management, and client interactions using CRM software and provide regular reports to senior management.

• Conduct strategic outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn)
• Generate and qualify new business opportunities to build a strong sales pipeline
• Schedule and conduct discovery calls to increase the volume of qualified leads
• Guide prospects throughout the sales cycle, converting them into active users of Yuma AI’s solution
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to refine messaging, understand ideal customer profiles, and improve conversion rates
• Become an expert on Yuma AI’s product and the evolving landscape of AI for customer service
