Accounts Payable

• Process high volumes of supplier invoices accurately and within required deadlines
• Ensure all invoices are properly authorized in line with company approval frameworks and levels of authority

Accounts Payable Coordinator

Accountant

• Preparation of Annual Audited Financial Statements (AFS) in compliance with country specific legislation for Equity Chicken Zambia, KFC South Africa Holdings BV Holdings BV and PH South Africa Holdings BV.
• Preparation of the annual key calculations required for the completion of the Annual Financial Statements.
• Compliance with any local financial reporting requirements.
• Plans and leads all the local Statutory audits for the above-mentioned entities.
• Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of all internal and external tax reporting in compliance with country specific legislation as well as YUM! Corporate Tax policies.

• Prepares information required for tax and VAT cash flow forecasting.
• Ensure Transfer pricing compliance.
• Responsible for ensuring all WHT certificates are timeously received from the ZRA and submitted to KFC.
• Ensuring all internal audit and external audit control deficiencies are closed with the broader finance team within 3 months of conclusion of audits.

• Lead the PH division monthly/period and quarterly consolidation and reporting processes. Partner with Global Shared Service teams to ensure accurate and timely accounting and reporting of Pizza Hut results, providing guidance on accounting, schedules, and validations.
• Provide accounting support Division Planning teams to resolve accounting issues in PH markets or Division HQ. Partner with the Division Controller and other stakeholders to resolve accounting matters and roll out new reporting changes (as applicable).
