Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree.
Minimum 8 years of experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Proven experience in managing finance teams and leading financial operations.
In-depth knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and legislative reporting requirements.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Proficiency in financial software and tools, including ERP systems and reporting platforms.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
A results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
