About the role
- Execute the vision established by the Sr. Product Manager and own the lifecycle of the Customer and Loyalty product and experience.
- Manage sprint iterations and Agile ceremonies (stand-up, storyboarding, retrospective), maintain weekly status updates, and track work progress.
- Manage team backlog, prioritize items, and create requirements synthesized into user stories sized for iterative sprints.
- Function as liaison between business customers and development organizations (security, legal, development, data team).
- Develop project plans, participate in release process, manage risks, and surface issues to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Participate in stand-ups, grooming/planning sessions, demos, and retrospectives to foster team collaboration and open communication.
- Understand customer needs and translate into business requirements; ensure requests are prioritized and deliverables match user requirements.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience as a Product Owner and/or Business Analyst required.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (epics, features, stories).
- Experience with modern software development practices (test-driven development).
- Experience with tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Strong preference for candidates with e-commerce (customer/loyalty) experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Broad technical knowledge and experience with system data flows.
- Bachelor's degree required or relevant experience.
- Experience with managing and delivering an app product is a plus.
