About the role
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Pizza Hut’s testing calendar and deliver customer-centric digital experiences
- Lead digital delivery of the Pizza Hut testing pipeline including new product tests and deal innovation testing
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to scope, plan, document, build, test, and deliver testing initiatives
- Partner closely with design and engineering to bring the testing calendar to life across Web and App platforms
- Manage sprint iterations, run Agile ceremonies, oversee backlog prioritization, and track progress
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans; actively manage risk, dependencies, and issues
- Own day-to-day decision-making around scope, priorities, trade-offs, and acceptance criteria
- Drive the development and continuous improvement of calendaring and testing processes, tools, and playbooks
- Actively engage with customers and end users to gather insights and inform product enhancements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
- 4-6 years’ experience as a Product Owner (strong preference to a technical background)
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Analytical mindset and experience turning insights into action
- Experience with Agile methodologies (epics, features, stories, etc.)
- Experience with modern software development practices (test driven development)
- Experience with tools: Jira, Confluence
- Proficient in cross-functional collaboration, technical decision-making, and project scoping
- Experience managing day-to-day tasks for development teams and running Agile ceremonies
