About the role
- Drive Workforce Modernization: Execute initiatives to transform workforce, leverage offshore talent hubs, establish global strategic partnerships, and deploy AI solutions to improve enterprise efficiency
- Executive Collaboration: Work directly with executive leadership, lead weekly SteerCos, share analytical insights, and support day-to-day execution of transformative initiatives
- Global Financial Process Leadership: Lead standardization and centralization of global technology financial processes, highlight budget insights and opportunities for optimization
- Strategic Prioritization & Reporting: Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize technology investments, improve reporting accuracy, and ensure financials align with business priorities and investments
- Change Management: Champion adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working to ensure long-term success of transformation initiatives
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with nearly every team within Digital & Technology setting goals, driving action, and emphasizing a one-team mindset
Requirements
- Minimum of 4-7 years of progressive corporate experience working in Consulting, Corporate Strategy, or Corporate Finance
- Specific QSR experience is a plus
- Undergraduate degree from accredited 4-year university in Finance, Accounting or Business Management
- Knowledge of corporate financials (P&L, BS, CF)
- MBA/CPA/CMA/CFA preferred
- Growth mindset with high degree of self-motivation
- Demonstrated ability to effectively lead & coordinate tasks/projects generating actionable recommendations with and through cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all layers of the organization
- Proficient/Advanced in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
