Manager

• Serve as a trusted music resource for company and franchise schools, answering day-to-day questions and providing remote and onsite support to new and struggling Music Directors.
• Onboard and coach new Music Directors; partner with Franchisee and General Managers and HR to interview, select, and develop Company school MD and Assistant MD candidates.
• Deliver GM music onboarding so Franchisees and General Managers can confidently lead their music programs.
• Run the music side of New School Openings (NSO): instructor training, programs and show director training, and mid-season check-ins, plus biweekly NSO office hours.
• Approve company owned school shows (three seasons per year) and summer camps, and lead the annual music assessment process for all schools.
• Host regular Music Office Hours and regional Music Director calls.
• Support international schools, including song licensing (Hal Leonard) and transcriptions for unique songs.
• Plan and deliver recurring Music Director training, General Manager training, and in-person Owner's Week sessions as assigned.
• Create, update, and maintain certification content and assessments in Practice Space (our staff training platform) across roles and programs; Instructor, Music Director, Show Director, Rock 101, Rookies, Little Wing, Adult Program, House Band, Songwriting, Recording & Production, AllStars, and future programs and trainings that may be developed in the future.
• Track Music Director training and certification across the system.
• Facilitate and host music-focused webinars and system-wide calls.
• Own music-related responsibilities for AllStars: advise on video, live, and online auditions; recruit local judges; consult on gear; manage song selection and casting; oversee decisions and team placement; manage performance schedules and House Bands; support music staff; be available to attend tours; and other duties as assigned.
• Support Summerfest: performance scheduling, setlists, House Bands, gear setup, stage management, executing the final event, and other duties as assigned.
• Contribute to Overdrive and other national or one-off events (e.g., Regional meetings, NAMM, Lollapalooza, ACL): create and facilitate breakout content, help plan and cast the jam, and other duties as assigned.
• Help manage and resolve Music Help Desk tickets quickly and accurately – these tickets can vary from topics related to music program execution and consultations, to troubleshooting access to resources, materials, and our Method App, to fielding feedback and issues related to our method tools and curriculum resources, and the like.
• Contribute to curriculum development and ongoing improvements to music training materials and program resources.
• Support the maintenance, adoption, and enhancement of the School of Rock Method (Method App, Method Books, and Method Engine): contribute content, flag and fix inaccuracies, and partner with the development team to troubleshoot.
• Support Featured Show and new show and song rollouts, including selection, resource development, adoption, and communication.
• Advise on sync licensing decisions and review website resource articles.

Manager, Music Education – Method

• Set, track, and drive KPIs across the franchise network including registration volume, revenue per territory, season-over-season retention, and multi-sport participation rates
• Build and maintain performance dashboards that give the VP of Operations and home office leadership a clear, real-time view of network health
• Identify underperforming markets early and deploy targeted intervention plans in partnership with FBCs
• Own the annual and seasonal performance planning cycle, including goal-setting frameworks and accountability rhythms across the network
• Directly manage and develop the Franchise Business Coach team by setting expectations, coaching to outcomes, and building a high-performance culture on the team
• Design and implement a consistent FBC operating cadence: visit schedules, coaching call structures, reporting standards, and escalation paths
• Serve as the escalation point for complex franchisee performance conversations and turnaround situations
• Partner with training and operations to continuously sharpen the FBC playbook
• Lead the evolution of how i9 Sports thinks about the franchisee sales funnel from initial registration campaigns through repeat enrollment and multi-sport upsell
• Develop a clearer model for how franchise owners (ADs) engage with and move prospective players through the funnel, ensuring FBCs are coaching to this approach consistently
• Partner with marketing to align field-level execution with brand campaigns and seasonal promotions
• Introduce data-driven segmentation so that coaching conversations are tailored to where each franchisee is in their growth arc
• Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the VP of Operations by proactively surfacing network trends, risks, and opportunities
• Lead special projects to modernize performance management infrastructure, including tools, processes, and reporting
• Represent the operations team in cross-functional initiatives with marketing, training, tech, and franchise development

• Build strong, trust-based relationships with assigned area developers and maintain consistent communication through regular documented touchpoints
• Conduct business evaluations covering operations, sales, and marketing — analyzing performance data, sharing best practices, and following up with clear action items and deadlines
• Help franchisees understand their unit economics, benchmark performance, and develop actionable business plans with specific goals
• Serve as the bridge between franchisees and the Home Office, facilitating clear, productive communication to resolve challenges and drive growth
• Collaborate with internal teammates to continuously simplify and improve operational processes and franchisee support tools
• Maintain accurate records through quarterly ProfitKeeper audits and CRM documentation of all franchisee interactions

• Provide hands-on local marketing support and consultation to Area Developers, helping them drive registrations and business growth.
• Advise franchisees on grassroots marketing strategies, local partnerships, community activation, marketing technology troubleshooting, local marketing budget allocation, and best practices.
• Support local paid media adoption and help franchisees understand marketing performance.
• Lead and facilitate Phase I Marketing Training for new franchise owners and key stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain marketing playbooks, training materials, process documentation, and best practice resources.
• Partner closely with Franchise Business Coaches to reinforce local marketing execution and ensure alignment with national strategy.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for HubSpot, overseeing CRM best practices, audience segmentation, database management, workflows, and campaign optimization.
• Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns, including automated workflows, nurture sequences, retention, and win-back campaigns, and one-time promotional communications.
• Monitor campaign performance and deliver actionable recommendations to improve engagement, conversion, and retention.
• Manage reporting and analytics related to National CRM performance, franchise-level HubSpot adoption, campaign engagement and conversion metrics, and data integrity.
