Key responsibilities & impact

Build strong, trust-based relationships with assigned area developers and maintain consistent communication through regular documented touchpoints
Conduct business evaluations covering operations, sales, and marketing — analyzing performance data, sharing best practices, and following up with clear action items and deadlines
Help franchisees understand their unit economics, benchmark performance, and develop actionable business plans with specific goals
Serve as the bridge between franchisees and the Home Office, facilitating clear, productive communication to resolve challenges and drive growth
Collaborate with internal teammates to continuously simplify and improve operational processes and franchisee support tools
Maintain accurate records through quarterly ProfitKeeper audits and CRM documentation of all franchisee interactions
Execute on individual 'Rocks' set up in departmental planning sessions each quarter

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of franchise business coaching experience, or 5+ years of relevant franchise industry experience
Strong influencing and relationship-building skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable coaching conversations
Highly organized with exceptional follow-through and execution
A self-starter who takes initiative and rolls up their sleeves
Positive, professional presence that franchisees trust and want to work with
