Client engagement: Assist clients with their home and auto insurance needs. Answer questions, provide documentation, and process billing requests.
Client follow-ups: Proactively contact clients regarding their policies to ensure we continuously offer the policy that best meets their needs.
Communication: Communicate effectively by phone, email, and SMS with our clients to build trust. Deliver exceptional customer service.
Performance evaluation: Monitor personal performance and meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Documentation: Keep accurate notes of client interactions and log follow-up activities in our CRM.
Collaboration: Work closely with the customer service team to achieve team goals. Contribute to developing strategies to increase customer retention and overall satisfaction.
Career development: Pass your broker licensing exams (AMF and RIBO) after your first year with us.
Requirements
You have at least 5 years of relevant customer service experience
You are proactive and have strong problem-solving skills
You have strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
You are a quick learner with an interest in technology
